President Trump on Tuesday slammed Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) and Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-TX), suggesting that they’re in competition to be the dumbest members of Congress.
The President spoke to reporters as he departed the White House for an AI and Energy Summit in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Responding to a question about AOC’s plans to host Communist NYC Mayoral candidate Zohran Mamdani for breakfast on Wednesday, the President said he looks forward to meeting them, adding “I know them both very well through what I read and through what I see.”
After slamming Mamdani as a Communist, signaling that “things are coming out about him which aren’t good” and that the race is not over yet, Trump took aim at AOC.
He also threw in Jasmine Crockett, seemingly just for fun.
“AOC, look, I think she’s very nice, but she’s very low IQ, and we really don’t need low IQ,” he said. “Between her and Crockett, we’re going to give them both an IQ test to see who comes out best.”
